Car is only being stripped because as of 1 June, bilo will be employed as a Labour Inspector/Junior Accountant at the Labour Bargaining Council.

It's a new field for bilo, so it's going to be a challenge but he believes that nothing is achieved by operating in a comfort zone.

bilo thanks all of you who took the time out to visit the e39 525i M-Sport and chat about the e39 525i M-Sport, cars and so on.

Will swop for a 1980-1982 Corolla...

now for those that dont now the different "KE70" shapes there are the block (small square lights) then the rectangle front and then the slant front (which is a audm and sadm abomination)

bilo is only interested in the 1980-82 (small square lights)

My advise.. Get a one account or flexi bond. You will be amazed how much time you can cut from your loan. With enough restraint a person can pay off a homeloan in 5-8years. i have done a bit more(Sold my Car, Bonus, dividents), and my timeframe has reduced from 21years to 3.5 years. I still have access to all my cash if i need to use it. But there is where restraint comes in. Do not buy what you do not need.

Another scenario is saving enough cash in the one account, then pay off the Car. Use the car's monthly installment to subsidise your homeloan(Not to buy another CAR). The interest/time will be more beneficial then paying off a car.

That is basically my plan. If you can pay off a car that cost X amount in 5 years or so why can't you pay your house off like that.. and some cars cost as much as some peoples houses.More important things in life that an ice cold aircon
